Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience Required: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Generate Leads:
    • Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
    • Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  2. Develop and Maintain Client Relationships:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Prepare Proposals and Presentations:
    • Develop and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business agreements.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
    • Analyze market data to develop strategic business plans and approaches.
  5. Achieve Sales Targets:
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and client feedback.
  6. Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and service teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
    • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance products or services.
  7. Manage Client Accounts:
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
    • Address client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  8. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
    • Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
    • Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
